Exchanges for patterns and/or books are perfectly acceptable. The only charge to you for an exchange will be to cover postage.
Delivery method: Plated Glass Designs uses media mail for deliveries within the continental United States. During peak mailing periods, a package can take approximately three week to reach you. If first class or priority mail is preferred, contact us.
Ongoing support: We are devoted to the success of your plating endeavor. There is never a charge or obligation if you require technical assistance. If questions arise, contact us by email, or phone (360) 756-4096 Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (pacific time). You will receive rapid, concise responses.
Due to the size and weight of books, postage and handling to foreign destinations is $11.75 (U.S.), and $6.75 (U.S.) to Canadian destinations. This amount has been added to the total price upon PayPal checkout. For Canadian orders, a $5.00 postage refund will be enclosed with the product.
